First Spoken English Live Class:

1. The Fast Intro Game:

Each student says:

Name – Class – School – Hobby – One Aim.

“My name is Aahil. I am studying 9th class. I am from ___ school.
I like to play carroms and I want to become a police officer.”

2. The Fun Twist :

Listen and note because the next sitting student should Introduce the previous student.

“Introduce your friend!”

3. Follow-up Activity:

Find someone who...?

[Improves listening and remembering power]

1. Who likes to play cricket here?

2. Who wants to become an IAS officer here?

3. How many of you want to become doctors here?

4. Pass The Ball / Any Object Activity:

• Make the students sit in a circle.
• Give them any object, preferably a ball.
• Next, play any simple music.
• Whoever gets the ball should tell instantly one or two sentences on randomly picked topics by the mentor.

Topics:

• My School
• My Family
• My Hobby
• My Goal.

 

5. The Instant Picture Explaining Challenge (Game):

• First, students are made to sit in two rows.

• Next, the students are shown pictures, each with a dedicated number. The students are named with the numbers.

• Next, all students are given 1 minute time to observe.

• Next, each member is randomly picked and asked about their picture.

• They should say at least 6 sentences about the picture.

6. The Rapid-Fire Questions Round:

The students are displayed with these options first:

• Tea or Coffee?
• Morning or Night?
• Introvert / Extrovert?
• Mobile / TV?
• Cricket or Football?
